Preparation steps
Step 1
Shake the box during 5 seconds.
Step 2
Pour 200 ml of milk in a jug.
Step 3
Heat with the steam wand of an expresso machine for 5 seconds.
Step 4
Add a dosing spoon of chaï latte powder and mix.
Step 5
Heat up again slowly to 65°.
Step 6
Serve.

Classical version:1 level dosing spoon (25g) + 100 ml of milk + 100 ml of water
Light version: 1 heaping dosing spoon (35g) + 200 ml of water
